Stop for a moment and catch your thought... What are you thinking right now? If it's true that your thoughts determine your reality, then is that thought you were thinking helpful? If it's negative in any way, how do you think it will benefit you? Or anyone for that matter... How do you think that negative thought will come back to you?
As Louise Hay eloquently states, "you are the only person who thinks in your mind!" So then it's up to you... Change your thoughts so that you can change your mind. When you change your mind, you can indeed change your life.
